Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of Julie and Co's client, artisanal jewellery creations in fusing glass and ceramics. Julie and Co Creations reserves the right to modify them at any time. These changes are then applicable to any order made after the change date.

Reading the terms and conditions of sale is a buyer's obligation. This keeps you informed of your rights and duties. These terms and conditions are easily printable by clicking on the Print button on your web browser.

The handcrafted jewels ''Julie and Co Creations'' are made of fused glass and or ceramic, with the exception of the old collections made them in fimo polymer paste. Each model is unique and handmade at mothe Achard in Vendée.

WATCH OUT In accordance with the regulations, jewelry made in France "Julie and Co Creations" is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. It is the responsibility of each parent to consider whether are children beyond this age is fit or not to wear a glass or ceramic jewelry. If in doubt, we will be happy to answer your questions.

Rates

Prices, in Euros, are indicated in the product description. VAT not applicable art. 293B CGI. Prices do not include shipping costs.

Ordering procedure

By clicking on ''Add to the basket'' the customer makes the first step of his order. The "Basket" button on the home page allows you to view the items that have already been selected. The act of adding an item to your cart is just one step in the ordering process. Be careful having an item in your cart does not mean that the item is reserved. Only the validation of the basket will confirm your purchase. By checking the box "General Terms of Sale" the customer confirms that he has become aware of and adheres to these terms and conditions of sale without reservation. Any order made by the customer confirms the acceptance of the prices of the products as well as their descriptions. After validating his order the customer will receive a confirmation email. According to the law, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal, during which time the customer can cancel his order.

Bespoke jewelry

For any order for custom jewellery, please email contact@julieandcocreations.com or call 06 01 98 27 72. A personalized quote will then be sent to you with sketch and fare. The completion of your order will only be made after acceptance of the said quote. The order will be sent within a maximum of 15 days after receiving your deposit. 15 days is the time required to complete, unless we have announced a different deadline given your request and our order book.

Payment

It is imperative that orders be settled before shipping. No shipments will be made until the payment is received. We accept the regulations:

Shipping

The shipping rates shown at the end of the order take into account the place of delivery you have indicated to us. For any questions, please apply using the contact page. A personalized payment request will then be sent to you. The postage listed will be calculated as accurately as they can, depending on the weight of your order and its destination. Any order placed on the Julie and Co Creations website will be sent by the French postal service (LA POSTE).

Jewelry is usually shipped within 48 hours of receiving your payment. The standard method of shipping for France metropolutaine and overseas is the follow-up letter, delivered without a signature. If you want a signature discount, an additional cost applies, please contact us before ordering. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track your shipment online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. To avoid the increase in port fees we advise you to group your purchases into one order.

Each creation is carefully packaged and protected.

Shipping times

Orders will be sent within a maximum of 48 hours, with the exception of saturday and Sunday orders that will be sent the following Monday. It should be noted that Julie and Co Creations reserves the right to temporarily close its offices due to annual leave. In this case, orders placed during the closing will be sent on the day of reopening. Any closure for leave will of course be mentioned on the home page of the website.

Shipping mode

The shipments to metropolitan France are made in Letter Suivi. At the end of your order the identification number of your letter Follow will be communicated to you. This will allow you to track the routing of your shipment. All you need to do is log in to the address: www.laposte.fr/suivi The Follow-up Letter is delivered in a mailbox without a signature within an indicative period of 48 hours. For shipments outside metropolitan France the shipping mode will be defined in agreement with the customer. Julie and Co Creations cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or damages caused when being routed by the postal services.

Delivery

Orders will only be shipped after receipt of the full settlement. Julie and Co Creations cannot be held responsible for the delay or non-delivery of the goods, due to a wrong address given by the customer.

Reception

Upon receipt and in the presence of his postman, the buyer must ensure the correct condition of his order. In case of damage to the package, the customer will have to make a complaint with the postal services within 48 hours.

Back

No return will be accepted without prior agreement of Julie And Co Créations. Retraction time

In accordance with the law and under section 121-20 of the consumer code, the customer has 14 days of withdrawal. After this period no return will be accepted by Julie And Co Créations. The consumer may test the product but will be liable in the event of depreciation of the goods resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of these goods (Article L. 121-21-3 al. 3 of the Consumer Code) In the context of the creations "Julie and Co Creations", no return of a jewel having been worn will be accepted.

Gift vouchers

The company Julie and Co Creations offers you gift vouchers valid on all the jewelry offered on its website. This service can be accessed from the homepage menu. Ordering and using gift vouchers on our website is facilitated by our partner Paypal. You can easily indicate a recipient, choose the amount of the gift voucher. It is also possible to send it by email today or any other day. Unless you prefer to print it out and hand it over to its recipient yourself.

Closing for holidays

Julie and Co Creations reserves the right to close its artisan jewelry workshop at Mothe Achard for a period of annual leave. Customers will be informed at least one week in advance via the homepage. It goes without saying that the dates will be clearly, readable and in any letter. Any orders made during this period will be sent on the first day after the end of the leave. Example: If the last day off is the 7th, the order will be mailed on the 8th.
